This is an iPhone 13 pro. About 4 years old. This was happening occasionally since yesterday but today it happened more times than yesterday and i packed. I went to iPlanet care (apple authorized service provider) to get my phone checked and we saw that i had iOS 18 instead of iOS 26 (looks like it didn’t download because i had run out of space, and needed atleast 17.7GB of free space). They than checks and the only issue that came up was the software upgrade issue. She said there wasn’t any hardware issue.

I cleared a lot of space. Installed iOS 26, it didn’t happen for several hours. Not before installing and not after installing. It was all good after the update. But then randomly it happened again 5 minutes ago. Not sure if it’s problematic or not. It’s very infrequent, maybe 4 times a day? Idk. I couldn’t even show them at the service center because it never happened.
